As the first bizops employee, you will work very closely on a day-to-day basis with the company's founder and CEO to solve a variety of business problems that span across strategy, reporting, analytics, operations, and supply chain. You will work on projects set by the founder that improve the company's revenues, profitability, and operations, including production, supply chain management, logistics, and quality control. The successful candidate will develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's growth objectives.

• Maintain sales and inventory forecast model across channels Develop and drive weekly business reporting and identify action items to improve growth and profitability
• Manage supply chain lead times, manage relationships with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods across channels
• Track logistics, including shipping, and distribution (US and international)
• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality products
• Support CEO with ad-hoc project requests

• Bachelor's degree in econ, statistics, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive implementation
• Proficient in modeling and forecasting, with a keen attention to detail
• Accountable and self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment that requires excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
